Vyrsity’s 30 Hr Graduate Level Competency (30 Hr GLC) in Transformative Learning and Leadership fosters professional competency in learning theory and practice with a leadership emphasis.

This Competency Program is not a degree program, as Vyrsity does not currently offer any degree programs. Rather it is a combination and sequence of courses designed to be appropriate for graduate level study.

Program Learning Outcomes for the 30 Hr Graduate Level Competency (30 Hr GLC):

1. To develop Learners’ professional competency and skills in transformative learning theory and leadership practice.
2. To develop Learners competency in research and methods in transformative learning theory and leadership.
3. To integrate Learners’ Biblical worldview and perspective on transformative learning and leadership.
4. To prepare Learners for advanced level coursework.
